Burlington Hyundai is seeking a mature individual with a good command of English, both written and oral, to join our team as a Part-time Receptionist. The hours for this position are Monday and Wednesday Evenings, 5:00 PM -8:00 PM, and every other Saturday, subject to change.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Warmly greet all customers entering the building and direct them to the correct personnel
  • Manage switchboard and direct to the appropriate department, personnel or voicemail
  • Perform administrative tasks including stocking in Vehicle Inventory, Courier, and Receive
  • and Process Payments, as well as Record Receipts for Sales and Service Departments, and
  • Prepare Cash Summary
  • Perform other duties as requested by Management Staff

REQUIREMENTS

  • Reliable and Punctual
  • A Team Player who is Focused on Providing Exemplary Customer Service
  • Organized and Detail Oriented.
  • Excellent communication skills to converse with diverse clientele
  • Ability to Multitask in a Fast Paced Work Environment
  • Previous Receptionist Experience is a Plus, but not required
  • Knowledge of Computers is Necessary
  • Ability to Work Independently
