*Job Summary* We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for creating exceptional coffee experiences for our customers while providing outstanding customer service. You will prepare and serve a variety of beverages, maintain cleanliness in the café, and ensure that all food safety standards are met. If you have a love for coffee and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you. *Responsibilities* * Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages, teas, and other specialty drinks. * Operate the cash register, handle cash transactions, and maintain accurate cash handling procedures. * Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers warmly and assisting them with their orders. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including workstations and dining areas. * Adhere to food safety guidelines and ensure all products are stored properly. * Assist with inventory management by restocking supplies as needed. * Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment. *Requirements* * Food industry experience is preferred. * Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members. * Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately. * Experience with POS systems is a plus. * Knowledge of food safety practices is beneficial. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. * A friendly demeanor with a passion for helping others.
