Deli Associate

* Prepare and assemble Vietnamese salads, Banh Mi, vermicelli bowls, and other deli items according to recipes and food safety standards. * Wash, cut, and prepare fresh vegetables, herbs, meats, and other ingredients. * Customize and prepare customer orders based on requests and supervisor instructions. * Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen areas, including worktables, equipment, cupboards, and floors. * Sweep, mop, and sanitize kitchen areas and empty/clean garbage containers regularly. * Follow all food safety protocols, health and safety regulations, and company policies.

The Deli Associate is responsible for preparing Vietnamese deli items such as salads and Banh Mi while maintaining high standards of food safety. They must also ensure the kitchen area remains clean and sanitized throughout their shift.

Candidates are expected to follow specific recipes and food safety protocols while preparing ingredients and customer orders. The role requires the ability to perform physical tasks like cleaning, mopping, and sanitizing kitchen equipment.
