Concession Stand Lead

We can’t wait to meet you! POSITION SUMMARY: An important part of our Food & Beverage team, the Stand Leads are responsible for overseeing the overall service and operations of a concourse stand. Leads provide coaching, and guidance to Attendants and Cooks to ensure fans receive excellent service. This is a part-time, hourly, events-based position. A typical shift includes * Lead a team of Attendants and Cooks in a Concourse Stand at the Rogers Forum to provide exceptional service to fans and guests. * Responsible for inventory and product during hockey games and concerts working closely with all departments at the arena * Other duties as required REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: * Experience leading others in a food service environment is required * Must be able to work weekdays, weeknights, weekends, and holidays with various start times * Must be able to safely lift up to 40 lbs. * Must be able to stand during scheduled shift, withstand repetitive walking, reaching, and bending for long periods of time * Experience in a high-volume service setting is an asset * Valid Serving it Right Certificate is required * Completion of Food Safe Certificate is an asset Vancouver, and its neighbouring city, Abbotsford are two of the most diverse cities in the world and Canucks Sports & Entertainment strives to create a workforce that is inclusive, equitable, and represents our beautiful, unique communities. Oversee the overall service and operations of a concourse stand, providing coaching and guidance to attendants and cooks. Manage inventory and product flow during hockey games and concerts to ensure exceptional fan service.

Requires previous experience leading others in a food service environment and a valid Serving it Right Certificate. Candidates must be able to lift 40 lbs and work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
