Sales Representative

📍 Toronto & Montreal About the Role We are a growing company specializing in corrugated packaging solutions. Due to business expansion, we are looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join our team. Responsibilities Develop new business opportunities and expand the customer base Follow up on inquiries, provide tailored packaging solutions, and close sales Prepare quotations (RFQs), process orders, and coordinate with warehouse and production Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients Identify opportunities for account growth and long-term partnerships Handle customer inquiries and support after-sales coordination Requirements Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven Sales experience is an asset (packaging industry preferred) Mandarin (Chinese) communication skills required — able to communicate in writing (text-based communication) Compensation Base salary plus performance-based commission Compensation is negotiable based on experience Schedule Flexible What We Offer Full training provided (no industry experience required) Clear and structured commission plan Growth potential Long-term career development

The Sales Representative will develop new business opportunities and expand the customer base while maintaining relationships with existing clients. They will also handle customer inquiries and support after-sales coordination.

Candidates should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, be self-motivated, and have sales experience, preferably in the packaging industry. Mandarin communication skills are required for this position.
