We love delivering packages, but we love seeing customers smile even more!This role is for a non-driving helper to work on a 2 person team delivering large and oversized packages in the Edmonton Area.Schedules and Position detailsDaily shifts are 10 hours, start time is approximately 7:00 amFlexible schedule up to 30 hours per weekAdditional shifts are possible during busy summer sale periodsWe deliver 6 days a week (No Sundays), Saturday availability is preferredHourly pay is $19.15 per hourGrowth opportunities to transition to Delivery Associate in the futureQualificationsAssist in the operation of a commercial vehicle with a rated capacity of 910 kg or moreUse a hand held device for routing information, customer delivery informationComplete deliveries on a two person team throughout the City of Edmonton and surrounding areasMust be comfortable following instructions and working in varying weather conditionsLoad and unload packages while keeping work areas organizedPerform the following tasks, with or without reasonable accommodation:Lift packages up to 32 kg (70 lbs)Assist in two-person lifts of up to 136 kg (300 lbs)Use manual and powered hand carts and dolliesAble to get in and out of van and walk up and down stairs through your shiftMust be at least 18 years of ageReliable transportation to and from location of work (Class 5 preferred)Additional InformationAnderson Last Mile is committed to fair and equal treatment of employees and applicants. Work as part of a two-person team to deliver large and oversized packages throughout Edmonton and surrounding areas. Responsibilities include loading and unloading packages and using handheld devices for routing and customer information.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old and capable of lifting up to 32 kg independently and 136 kg with assistance. Reliable transportation is required, and a Class 5 driver's license is preferred.
