The work you will do: * Work collaboratively in a team-based environment, practicing an expanded scope of nursing to deliver primary and emergency care for all residents—from newborns to elders—through nursing stations and health centers in a clinic setting * Apply advanced skills in observation, assessment, nursing diagnosis, counseling, and health teaching, guided by individualized care plans * Lead health promotion initiatives, conduct assessments, and plan and implement care using Best Practice Clinical Guidelines * Provide comprehensive services including primary care, emergency care, travel nursing, care plan development, infection prevention and control (IPAC), communicable disease management, and immunizations * Ensure the comfort and safety of clients at all times, within the scope of practice Why Bayshore? * Enjoy fully paid & planned travel assignments while doing what you love * Highly competitive compensation packages, incentives & bonuses * Comprehensive preparation through orientation and training * Continual learning and professional development * Diverse assignments with flexible schedules * 24/7 support from a caring and dedicated team who welcomes you from your first day Who You Are: * You are a graduate from an accredited School of Nursing and have a nursing license through the governing body in good standing * You are a licensed Nurse registered in good standing * You have or are willing to obtain a nursing license through the regulating body in the provinces or territories you wish to work * You meet the required work experience * Mandatory skillsets and additional training requirements and reimbursements will be discussed during interview We appreciate and thank all applicants.
