STORE OPENS MID SEPTEMBER We are seeking a dedicated Budtender to join our team at EXCLUSIVES Cannabis. As a Budtender, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and assisting customers with their cannabis product selections.We are looking to hire PART TIME roughly 4 people, at 15- 25 hours per week. Preference will be given to candidates who live in close proximity of the store and have some previous cannabis retail experience, including the option for being paid higher than advertised if you have a lot of experience. But the cannabis retail experience is not totally necessary. It can be any kind of retail. Job comes with staff bonuses! MUST HAVE CANNSELL AND POLICE BACKGROUND CHECK! Responsibilities: - Assist customers in selecting suitable cannabis products based on their needs and preferences - Provide information on different strains, terpenes, potency, and usage of various cannabis products - Maintain a clean and organized dispensary environment - Process transactions accurately using cash handling procedures ad our POS system GREENLINE - Stay up-to-date on cannabis regulations and product knowledge - Ensure compliance with all AGCO laws and regulations regarding the sale of cannabis products Skills: - Proficiency in Point of Sale (POS) software like COVA - Experience in retail sales or customer service roles - Ability to handle cash transactions with accuracy - Basic math skills for inventory management and sales transactions - Strong communication skills to interact with customers effectively - Knowledge of office procedures for maintaining records and files If you are passionate about the cannabis industry, possess excellent customer service skills, and have a desire to work in a dynamic environment, we invite you to apply for the Budtender position.
