Our team is currently in search of a new Snow Removal/Landscape Supervisor – someone eager to make an impact, drive results, and be part of a team with a true family feel. That’s where you come in. Duties As our new Supervisor, your primary goal is to ensure the provision of services for our clients on a day-to-day basis. You’ll recruit and manage a small team of full and part-time staff and organize and schedule their activities to ensure our customers receive the high quality of service they expect from us. Your essential duties will include: Recruiting, managing, and retaining full and part-time staff Ensuring that staff are appropriately trained to perform their duties in a way that minimizes health and safety risks Instilling and promoting a customer service orientation personally and within the work crews Determining work procedures and preparing daily work schedules that efficiently use resources to meet client needs Ensuring appropriate maintenance of vehicles and equipment Examining work completed by crews to ensure that services are provided in accordance with the high standards set by the company This is a fast-paced role and every day will offer new challenges to your organizational, administrative and leadership capabilities. We’ll rely on you to uphold our excellent reputation when communicating with our customers and staff. While we have many processes in place already, we’ll be looking to you to find ways to improve the way we do things. Your big-picture view of our operations combined with your experience will allow you to quickly identify where and how we can build efficiencies, work more effectively, and grow as a business. If you take pride in your work, care about the details big and small, and are committed to a job well done, this is the role for you. Working With Us This is a full-time, permanent role. In landscaping season (spring, summer and fall), typical hours are Monday to Friday, minimum 40 hours per week (with some flexibility depending on weather factors). During snow removal season, hours are flexible (dependent on weather). Salary is commensurate with experience, as well as health and dental benefits. You’ll be eligible to participate in professional development opportunities. You will also be provided with a cell phone and company vehicle. Clintar is invested in its people.
