WHAT YOU’LL DO: Reporting to the Agro Manager, the Agro Team Member will perform a variety of responsibilities in the operation, ensuring alignment with our Core Values and Brand: • Understanding and following Westview Co-op’s Health and Safety Program and promoting a culture of safety • Providing professional, people-first service to our Members and Guests and living by our Brand expectations through our “You’re at Home Here” motto • Operating our point-of-sale terminals • Stocking shelves with product • Ensuring a high level of store image in line with our Brand expectations • Other responsibilities and projects as assigned This position will require the use of equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts, as well as heavy lifting of product (up to 50 lbs unassisted). Candidates will demonstrate the following: • Understanding of our Values (Integrity, Community, Teamwork) • Professional, people-first Guest service skills • Strong attention to detail, as well as organizational and interpersonal skills • Quality communication skills • Ability to work effectively with others • Ability to lift 50 lbs unassisted This is a part-time position for approximately 22 hours per week. The successful candidate will have the ability to work days, evenings, and weekends.
