What you’ll do: Reporting to the Agro Manager, the Agro Team Member will perform a variety of responsibilities in the operation, ensuring alignment with our Core Values and Brand: • Understanding and following Westview Co-op’s Health and Safety Program and promoting a culture of safety • Providing professional, people-first service to our Members and Guests and living by our Brand expectations through our “You’re at Home Here” motto • Operating our point-of-sale terminals • Stocking shelves with product • Ensuring a high level of store image in line with our Brand expectations • Other responsibilities and projects as assigned This position will require the use of equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts, as well as heavy lifting of product (up to 50 lbs unassisted). The Agro Team Member is responsible for providing professional customer service, operating point-of-sale terminals, and maintaining store image. They must also perform physical tasks such as stocking shelves and operating equipment like forklifts and pallet jacks.

Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and demonstrate strong interpersonal and organizational skills. The role requires the ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, and weekends.
