Security Guard - Intermediate First Aid

We are seeking a Security Guard to join our team at an Intermediate First Aid/OFA 2 site in Vancouver. You will play a key role in ensuring the safety and security of the property while providing excellent customer service to our clients. Schedule: Sunday 0000 - 0800 Wed - Fri 1600 - 0000 Payrate: $25.83/hr Some of your responsibilities include: Deliver exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring a positive experience. Provide access control and issue passes as required. Conduct regular patrols of the property and grounds, on foot. Monitor and safeguard people, property, buildings, and equipment. Actively monitor CCTV systems to detect and respond to security threats. Serve as a first responder in emergencies, providing immediate First Aid to employees. Log and monitor all deliveries. Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate parties. Report incidents to the Site Supervisor and submit detailed investigation reports. Your Must-Haves: Valid BC Security License. Intermediate First Aid/OFA 2 certification. Experience with CCTV and access control systems. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. What’s in it for you? Candidates must have a valid BC Security License and Intermediate First Aid/OFA 2 certification. Experience with CCTV and access control systems is also required.
