Seasonal Sales Associates possess product knowledge and answer customers' questions to ensure they select the right products. Drive sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, sharing and demonstrating product knowledge and product expertise. Greet and receive customers in a welcoming manner, respond to customer questions, process payments, and involve leadership as appropriate. Communicate and have awareness of applicable promotions, offers, loyalty programs, and other initiatives to customers. Possess and demonstrate excellent service and company standards in selling, customer service, visual merchandising and teamwork. Lead by example and support store leadership in holding self and others accountable for store profitability and operational excellence. Assist with ensuring product and displays on the sales floor are stocked appropriately and available for customers to purchase. Engage in, maintain and support store safety standards and training. Responsible for meeting sales goals as assigned by leaders. Execute and maintain the visual merchandising standards of the sales floor to engage customers and associates with the product, as needed. Responsible for meeting CBH Credit Card (CBHCC) and email capture metrics as assigned by leaders. What you'll bring to the table... Customer service or retail experience preferred Good communication skills Ability to move and/ or lift up to 50 pounds; heavier merchandise with team assist Must be able to work the weekend after Thanksgiving AND the days surrounding Christmas Part-Time roles: Availability to work two or more weekend days (Friday, Saturday, and/or Sunday) and at least one weekday or night

Drive sales through customer engagement, product demonstrations, and suggestive selling while maintaining visual merchandising standards. Responsible for processing payments, meeting credit card and email capture metrics, and ensuring the sales floor is appropriately stocked.

Previous customer service or retail experience is preferred along with good communication skills. Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and have availability to work weekends and key holiday dates around Thanksgiving and Christmas.
