Does this sound like you? You’re a friendly, service-driven team player who enjoys creating memorable guest experiences. You have previous customer service experience (hotel experience is an asset), and any background in Front Office or Food & Beverage would be a bonus. You’re comfortable using basic computer programs like Word and Excel, and experience with Opera or other hotel operating systems is a plus. You’re at least 18 years old, able to lift, pull, and push up to 20 lbs, and communicate clearly in English (bilingualism is an asset). You’re flexible to work AM and PM shifts, including weekends and holidays. You either have — or are willing to obtain within 30 days of hire — Smart Serve and Food Handler certifications. The Gallery Host is responsible for managing the front desk and creating memorable guest experiences. The role involves handling guest interactions and utilizing hotel operating systems to ensure smooth operations.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old with customer service experience and the ability to lift up to 20 lbs. Smart Serve and Food Handler certifications are required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
