What You’ll Be Doing ✔ Create stunning balloon bouquets and help prep personalized orders. ✔ Assist customers in-store, online, and over the phone with product inquiries and orders. ✔ Monitor inventory and keep the shop organized and stocked. ✔ Help coordinate with our delivery drivers to ensure timely, smooth deliveries. ✔ Support store operations including restocking, cleaning, and processing payments. ✔ Occasionally assist with local deliveries in the neighbourhood ✔ Contribute ideas and feedback to help us grow and improve! The role involves creating premium balloon bouquets and assisting customers across in-store, online, and phone channels. Additionally, the associate will manage inventory, coordinate with delivery drivers, and support general store operations.

Candidates must be legally eligible to work in Canada, possess a positive attitude, and be available at least two days per week including weekends. Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs is required.
