Technical Gear Expert: Knowledgeable about cardio machines, fitness accessories, yoga gear, and workout equipment to give clear, expert recommendations. Passionate Communicator: Eager to share your personal training experience, practical tips, and product insights with customers of all fitness levels. Team Player: Driven to deliver great customer service, assist with checkout transactions, and maintain store standards. What you’ll be doing: Guide users to the right fitness, yoga, and department gear based on their goals. Explain product features and run equipment demonstrations for fitness and neighboring sports. Keep the fitness section and surrounding department aisles clean, stocked, and organized. Promote Decathlon membership perks. Guide customers to appropriate fitness and yoga gear based on their goals and provide technical product demonstrations. Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the fitness department while promoting membership perks.

Candidates should be active fitness practitioners with technical knowledge of gym, cardio, and yoga equipment. Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset are essential for delivering high-quality customer service.
