As a Cleaning Supervisor, reporting to the Account Director, you will supervise the cleaning and services of assigned buildings to maintain company and customer quality standards. Your Work Will Include Provide a high standard of cleanliness throughout the buildings. Can prioritize and respond in a timely fashion to all client requests. Inspects the work on an ongoing basis to ensure performance is at the expected levels. Assists with site training of new cleaning personnel. Trains and implements Health & Safety procedures and ensures that safety devices and PPE are available and properly utilized. Maintains time keeping records for cleaning personnel. Respond to customer requests and ensure follow up. Responsible for inventory control and the daily Preventative Maintenance Program. WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU? Ability to manage multiple priorities, and execute tasks with minimal supervision. Adapt to operational changes as required. Flexible start and end times as needed, weekend and statutory holiday work may be required. A clear criminal background check is required for this role.
