Through the Discover how you can build your career with Position Overview The Part-time Sales Lot Attendant at Capilano Audi plays a key role in supporting the dealership’s sales operations by ensuring that all vehicles on the lot and in the delivery area are presented in optimal condition. Reporting to the Sales Manager (or designate), this position contributes to an exceptional customer experience through the professional presentation, organization, and readiness of vehicle inventory. The Lot Attendant works collaboratively with the sales team to maintain a clean, orderly, and safe environment across the lot and dealership grounds. The expected pay for this position is $19.00 - $20.00 per hour. Primary Duties And Responsibilities Maintain all vehicle inventory in a clean, organized, and display‑ready condition. Ensure vehicles are fully detailed and prepared for delivery to customers. Start vehicle engines regularly to check for operational concerns such as dead batteries; recharge batteries as required. Keep all inventory arranged in a neat and orderly fashion across the lot. Maintain cleanliness of the lot, delivery area, and workspaces by removing debris, trash, and clutter from vehicles and surrounding areas. Ensure delivery areas remain clear of other vehicles and obstructions. Organize and store all supplies at the end of each day. During winter months, clear snow and ice from vehicles, entryways, walkways, and dealership access points to maintain safety. Perform additional duties as assigned by management to support dealership operations. Qualifications Required Valid British Columbia Driver’s License. Ability to provide a current ICBC Driver’s Abstract (driver’s record). Ability to work cooperatively and professionally with colleagues across departments. Capability to safely operate assigned dealership equipment and vehicles. Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality standards. Legally entitled to work in Canada.
