*Job Summary* We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to work in Sioux Lookout Ontario Canada to maintain cleanliness and safety across various facilities. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial cleaning and custodial services, with a strong focus on quality and efficiency. This role involves performing routine cleaning tasks, and ensuring a welcoming environment for clients and staff. *Responsibilities* * Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces in commercial settings * Handle lifting of supplies or equipment safely and efficiently * Maintain cleanliness of common areas according to established standards * Manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks within scheduled shifts * Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding work progress or issues * Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all staff and visitors * Take photos when work is completed and to communicate when starting and finishing work day. *Experience* * Previous custodial or commercial cleaning experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate * Customer service skills are beneficial for roles involving interaction with clients or building occupants * Proven ability to manage time efficiently while completing multiple cleaning assignments * Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and report issues promptly This position is ideal for individuals who take pride in maintaining clean environments, possess good communication skills, and are capable of heavy lifting when necessary.
