POSITION OVERVIEW Power Washing & Interlocking Restoration Technicians are responsible for restoring and maintaining interlocking stone surfaces through professional cleaning, polymeric sand installation, compaction, and sealing services. Team members will work directly with homeowners to deliver high-quality exterior restoration projects. EQUIPMENT & SKILLS YOU WILL LEARN * Professional power washer operation * Surface cleaner operation * Industrial plate compactor operation * Polymeric sand installation techniques * Sealant application and surface preparation * Job site setup and safety procedures * Customer communication and service skills * Time management and project completion techniques WHAT WE OFFER * Flexible scheduling * Starting wage of $21 per hour * Earn up to $28+ per hour based on performance, advancement, tips and bonuses! * WORK HARD, PLAY HARD: Paid team events throughout the season * Performance-based rewards and recognition * Strong opportunities for promotion and leadership roles * Comprehensive hands-on training * Ongoing coaching and mentorship * A supportive team dedicated to helping you succeed and grow * Valuable experience in home services and small business operations JOB REQUIREMENTS * Valid driver's license * Access to a reliable vehicle * Comfortable transporting equipment and materials * High school diploma or equivalent * Previous labour experience is an asset, but not required * Willingness to learn and be coached * Strong communication skills * Positive attitude and strong work ethic * Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions * Ability to lift and carry equipment and materials * Full-time commitment (40 hours per week) JOB TYPE Full-time, but part time options are available

Restore and maintain interlocking stone surfaces through professional cleaning, sanding, and sealing. Work directly with homeowners to deliver high-quality exterior restoration projects.

Requires a valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and a high school diploma. Candidates must be able to perform physical labor outdoors in varying weather conditions.
