We are looking for a Certified Level II Dental Assistant who is organized, professional, fast-moving, and committed to creating an excellent patient experience. About the Role This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in clinical support, patient comfort, and keeping the day running smoothly. The right candidate must be proactive, polished, and comfortable working in a fast-paced dental environment with high standards. This position requires a Certified Level II Dental Assistant with HARP certification. Responsibilities Assist dentists during clinical procedures Prepare operatories before appointments Turn over rooms efficiently and thoroughly Sterilize instruments and maintain infection prevention and control standards Take dental X-rays as required Support patient comfort before, during, and after treatment Maintain clinical supplies and assist with inventory Communicate clearly with dentists, hygienists, and the front desk team Help maintain smooth clinical flow throughout the day Support a 5-star patient service experience Contribute to a clean, organized, professional, and patient-focused environment What We’re Looking For Certified Level II Dental Assistant – required HARP certification – required Ability to take X-rays – required Minimum 1–2+ years of dental or healthcare experience preferred Strong organization and attention to detail Warm, polished, and professional attitude Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Team-first mindset Willingness to learn and grow with the office Strong communication skills with both patients and team members Personality fit is mandatory Schedule Eleven Dental is open 7 days a week. Office hours: Monday to Friday: 7:00 AM – 9:00 PM Saturday and Sunday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Full-time and part-time schedules may be available. Evening and weekend availability is an asset.
