Hours of Work: 4 hours per week (8 hrs. biweekly) (Female Staff Only) The job responsibilities are as follows: * Providing quality service to clients to ensure client’s needs are met in all regards including a safe comfortable, clean living environment. * Ensuring that meal planning, preparing, and grocery purchasing is completed as required. * Developing, in concert with the team and Coordinator all positive and restrictive client programs as required, and implementation of same. * Communicating with immediate supervisor to inform and consult regarding any serious problem/concern encountered in providing services to the children and youth. * Teaching basic life and community skills to the children and youth, and supporting client’s with their social, recreational, and leisure activities. * Ensuring all documentation is completed as required and master files kept up to date. * Understanding the roles, responsibilities and expectations of the Emergency On-call System. * Providing leadership and guidance to the support in absence of Residential Coordinator.. ✅ What You Bring: * A caring, reliable, and person-centred approach. * Strong communication skills. * Valid First Aid-CPR Level C Certificate is a mandate. * Valid police information check with vulnerable sector is mandate. * Previous experience in disability services is required. * Willingness to follow established policies, procedures, and support plans. 💙 Why Join Excel Society? * Supportive and inclusive work culture * Ongoing training and professional development * Meaningful work that makes a daily difference * Opportunities to grow your career in a respected, community-focused organization

Exigences
Candidates must have previous experience in disability services and a valid police information check with a vulnerable sector screen. A valid First Aid-CPR Level C certificate is mandatory.
