Job Description The PSW/HCA/CCA provides direct personal support and care to patients to fulfil the physical, intellectual, emotional, social and spiritual needs of patients in accordance to polices, procedure and work routines. Assists in providing direct care such as ambulation, feeding, bathing and grooming. The Personal Support Worker provides direct care to patients, including assistance with ambulation, feeding, bathing, and grooming. They are responsible for fulfilling the physical, intellectual, emotional, and social needs of residents in accordance with established care plans.

Candidates must have completed a PSW, HCA, or CCA certification program. Experience in long-term care or community home care settings, particularly with dementia and palliative care, is preferred.
