This position is for our Limestone Ridge Home, located in Kingston Ontario. Available opportunities include: Casual; Day/Evening/Night shifts . What you’ll be doing Liaise with interdisciplinary team and care providers to develop, implement, review and evaluate resident complex care plans including education and support. Provide leadership to nursing and personal care staff by planning, directing, supervising and evaluating their work. The Registered Nurse will develop and implement complex care plans while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team. They are also responsible for providing leadership, supervision, and guidance to nursing and personal care staff.

Candidates must hold a current registration with the provincial College of Nurses as a Registered Nurse. The role requires the ability to lead and support a team in a long-term care environment.
