Work setting Branch office Responsibilities Tasks Inspect and verify incoming goods against invoices or other documents Route goods to appropriate storage areas Pack goods to be shipped Unpack goods received Address customers' complaints or concerns Obtain and examine all relevant information to assess client feedback, enquiries and complaints in the delivery of meaningful information and services.
