Job Title: Bus Factory Quality Inspector Retired mechanics seeking part time work are encouraged to apply. This in-person position is based in Winnipeg, Manitoba. We offer flexible working hours, on-the-job training, and a progressive role with increasing responsibilities. About the Role: Conduct thorough inspections of bus components and final products to ensure compliance with quality standards and transit system requirements. Responsibilities: Identify and document defects, non-conformities, and areas for improvement in production processes. Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions. Prepare and maintain detailed inspection reports and documentation. Participant in client meetings and manufacturing meetings. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and efficiency. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in quality assurance is an asset. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills. Experience in quality inspection or assurance within a manufacturing environment is preferred. Experience in automotive or heavy duty vehicle maintenance is an asset. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Compensation: Competitive based on skills. Full time and part time role available as well.
