SHUTTLE DRIVER / CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE Location: Leduc, Alberta Summary of the Role We are looking for a friendly and dependable Shuttle Driver / Customer Service Representative to support our RV rental operations in Leduc, Alberta. This role combines customer service, light administrative work, and shuttle driving to ensure a smooth and positive experience for our customers from arrival to departure. What You’ll Do * Welcome and assist customers during RV departures and returns * Provide friendly, efficient customer service * Demonstrate RV features and complete basic quality checks * Shuttle customers to and from hotels, the airport, and the rental facility * Assist customers with luggage as needed * Process basic paperwork, payments, and reservations * Keep the shuttle bus clean, safe, and in good working condition * Follow traffic laws and use defensive driving skills * Support the team with other duties as needed What You Bring * Valid Alberta driver’s licence (Class 2 or Class 4) * Customer service experience * Comfortable driving passengers * Ability to lift up to 50 lbs * Clear English communication skills * Availability to work weekends Work Environment * Combination of indoor and outdoor work * Shift work, including evenings and weekends * Physically active role Fraserway RV is part of Canada’s largest vertically integrated RV Company, with full-service dealerships spanning coast to coast.
