A successful Retail Specialist turns the store visitor into a committed Freedom Mobile customer through building genuine connections Your day will be spent engaging customers, promoting and selling all things Freedom Mobile and creating meaningful interactions with customers through product/service demos, general device support, and other inquiries. You will be an integral part of a welcoming, upbeat, and diverse environment that encourages healthy competition for sales incentives. Additionnal Information The position is a unionized role, and the starting salary stipulated in the collective agreement is $18.15 per hours plus commissions. The Retail Specialist is responsible for engaging store visitors to convert them into Freedom Mobile customers through genuine connections. They will perform product and service demonstrations, provide device support, and handle general customer inquiries.
