Open and flexible availability from 8 AM to 12 AM, including evenings and weekends Able to complete physically demanding tasks - standing for long periods, lifting 50 lbs, bending and reaching, etc. Comfortable with handling a knife and cleaning solutions Experience working in a kitchen, restaurant, or fast food chain (bonus) Duties and Responsibilities ➔ Verifies the quality and quantity of delivered items and ingredients with the packing slip ➔ Puts away the delivered items and ingredients in the appropriate storage places ➔ Keeps storage places organized ensuring all supplies are visible most frequently used items are not on top shelves ➔ Cleans and sanitizes all dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment in a timely manner ➔ Maintains a clean and sanitary work station up to policy standards ➔ Works closely with Line Cooks to ensure a smooth service ➔ Cleans and sanitizes all dishes, utensils, cooking equipment, etc. in a timely manner ➔ Prepares produce and ingredients with instructions from the manager ➔ Provides satisfaction by ensuring guests and staff are using clean dishes and utensils ➔ Empties out garage, compost and recycling bins ➔ Breaks down boxes and containers to put them in the recycling ➔ Keeps property grounds clean by sweeping outside, shovelling snow, etc. ➔ Understands the uses for all cleaning products in the workplace ➔ Adheres to outlined health and safety procedures and Fresh standards ➔ Attends pre-shift meetings and is prepared to participate by actively listening and working towards harmonious restaurant workflow ➔ Communicates openly with management about concerns regarding workflow, inventory and equipment Hourly Rate $17.60/hr Vacancy Status Current Vacancy

The dishwasher is responsible for cleaning and sanitizing all kitchen equipment and dishes while maintaining an organized storage area. They also assist with ingredient preparation and ensure the restaurant grounds and waste disposal areas remain clean.

Candidates must be able to perform physically demanding tasks such as standing for long periods and lifting 50 lbs. Open and flexible availability between 8 AM and 12 AM, including evenings and weekends, is required.
