This is a hands-on role working across all departments of the garden centre. What You'll Do Assist guests in finding the right plants and products for their gardens and projects Share your plant knowledge to help customers make confident, informed choices Maintain department presentation — watering, deadheading, tidying, and stocking Operate our point-of-sale system Receive and merchandise incoming product Support your team across departments as needed throughout the season What You Bring A genuine interest in plants and gardening — you don't need to know everything, but you should love learning Some working knowledge of gardening & lifestyle A friendly, approachable manner with customers Ability to work in a fast-paced, indoor/outdoor retail environment in all weather Comfortable with physical tasks — lifting, bending, and being on your feet throughout your shift Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player Previous retail or customer service experience is an asset AVAILABILITY This is a part-time position that could lead to full-time. Assist customers in selecting plants and products while sharing gardening expertise to ensure informed choices. Maintain the garden centre's presentation through watering, stocking, and operating the point-of-sale system.

Candidates should have a genuine interest in gardening, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to perform physical tasks in various weather conditions. Previous retail or customer service experience is considered an asset.
