Social Worker/Psychotherapist

Grace North Psychotherapy is a private psychotherapy practice with offices in Barrie and Newmarket, offering services to children, youth, and adults. The practice also offers psycho-educational and therapeutic mental health groups and workshops. The team is composed of dedicated Registered Social Workers who prioritize a welcoming, supportive, and compassionate environment for all people seeking mental health support. Therapists practice from a trauma-informed lens and draw on diverse, evidence-based therapeutic modalities to meet clients’ unique needs. The practice focuses on promoting overall mental health and wellbeing through individualized, client-centered care. We are actively hiring for the following positions: Individual Therapist (children/youth and adults) Couples Therapist Maternal Mental Health Therapist EMDR Therapist Responsibilities Provide psychotherapy services to those presenting with a range of mental health concerns following the regulations outlined by the OCSWSSW Assess and create treatment plans in collaboration with clients Ensure proper clinical interventions are implemented Create and maintain notes and other records in accordance with relevant college standards and legislation and within a timely manner.
