As a member of the Ice Crew, you will play an important role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the Save-On-Foods Memorial Centre. Working alongside the Operations team, you will support daily venue operations by helping ensure the facility is ready for Victoria Royals hockey games, concerts, and other live events. Key responsibilities: Assist with ice maintenance during Victoria Royals home games, including ice scraping during television timeouts and intermissions. Support the setup and teardown of Victoria Royals games, concerts, and other events at the Save-On-Foods Memorial Centre. Assist with the installation, operation, and removal of fan engagement activations and interactive event elements. Welcome guests, answer questions, and provide exceptional customer service throughout events. Respond to patron concerns professionally, courteously, and efficiently. Help prepare and maintain facilities, equipment, and event spaces to ensure they meet organizational and operational standards. This is a Part-time opportunity that requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and Victoria Royals home games. Advanced skating ability is considered an asset, and you are comfortable working in a hands-on environment that includes lifting and carrying up to 30 lbs.
