Company Description Health Bound Health Network is an accredited, multidisciplinary clinic serving over 45 communities across Ontario. Our dedicated team of healthcare professionals delivers client-centered and evidence-based care in state-of-the-art facilities, clients' homes, and hospitals. We specialize in offering services such as multidisciplinary rehabilitation, hospital discharge planning, and case management for individuals with serious injuries. With a province-wide outreach, rapid response capabilities, and advanced technology, we support individuals and organizations on their journey to recovery. Our programs are inclusive, serving individuals as well as community groups, corporate and government organizations, hospitals, and physicians. Role Description This is a part-time hybrid role for a Physiotherapist, based in Barrie, ON, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Physiotherapist will assess patient conditions, design and implement personalized treatment plans, and provide therapeutic interventions to aid recovery and improve mobility. Duties include evaluating patient progress, maintaining accurate records, participating in interdisciplinary collaboration, and educating patients and caregivers about therapeutic exercises and lifestyle changes to optimize overall well-being. Qualifications Strong expertise in physiotherapy techniques, therapeutic methods, and physical rehabilitation strategies Proficiency in assessing patient needs, designing treatment plans, and conducting individual or group therapy sessions Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient-education skills Exceptional organizational and record-keeping abilities Proficiency in evidence-based practices and a commitment to ongoing professional development Registration and good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario Experience with multidisciplinary teamwork is an asset Advanced certifications, such as manual therapy or acupuncture, are a plus Proficiency in leveraging technology for documentation and telehealth purposes
