These services are provided within an individual and/or group context. Human Resources Exemption: No Experience * Min. 2 yrs clinical exp. in opioid & alcohol withdrawal assessment * Experience working with Indigenous culture/traditions/health * Min. 2 yrs exp. in harm reduction strategies & conducting physical assessments Education * Bachelor of Psychiatric Nursing (BPN) Licenses * Valid Class 5 driver's license Other Education and Training * Nursing diploma is acceptable * Phlebotomy course * Basic Life Support Certificate (BLS) * Bachelor of Nursing is acceptable * Psychiatric Nursing diploma is acceptable Knowledge and Abilities * Knowledge in various mental health and addiction and harm reduction strategies * Trained in current ASIST suicide risk assessment model Other Information * May be eligible for Recruitment and/or Retention Incentives * Registered/eligible with College of Registered Psychiatric Nurses of SK - CRPNS * For more information on the city of North Battleford please visit https://www.cityofnb.ca/ * Registered/eligible with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS) * The primary responsibility of this position is sedentary.
