Herzing College Montreal is seeking a Subject Matter Expert with experience in construction management, project coordination, cost estimating, occupational health and safety, and construction operations. The ideal candidate should be able to develop course content that reflects current construction industry practices, regulations, and project management methodologies. Opportunity for online course design and instruction. Candidate must be bilingual - French/English Required Expertise: Fluent in English and French 5+ years of online teaching or facilitation experience Proficient with Moodle LMS Subject matter expertise in the applicable discipline Strong online classroom management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 and educational technology Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Preferred Expertise (any): PMP (Project Management Professional) Gold Seal Certification (Canadian Construction Association) Certified Construction Manager (CCM) CRSP (Canadian Registered Safety Professional) CHSC (Certified Health and Safety Consultant) CET (Certified Engineering Technologist) P.Tech. or Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) considered an asset AutoCAD certification or advanced proficiency preferred Courses Occupational Health & Safety Introduction to Construction Human Relations Management Introduction to Estimating and Sketching Organizational Structure & Strategies Project Management Managerial Finance Marketing Development for Construction Construction Internship Preparation We thank all candidates that apply however only successful candidates will be contacted.
