Located in the heart of Rosedale, our client is a premier private multi racquet, fitness, sports therapy, dining, and social club with a longstanding tradition of excellence. We are seeking a skilled and experienced Registered Massage Therapist to join their team on a part time, contract basis. This role supports our Sports Therapy services and is ideal for someone who is passionate about helping clients recover, perform, and feel their best through targeted therapeutic care. We are looking for a professional who is flexible, reliable, and thrives in a collaborative environment. You take pride in delivering high quality treatments and creating a positive, results driven experience for members. As the ideal candidate, you bring strong clinical expertise, a sports focused mindset, and excellent communication skills. You are confident and experienced working with athletes and active individuals and are committed to supporting their overall wellness and performance. Massage Therapy Services Provide high quality massage therapy treatments tailored to individual client needs Work with athletes and active individuals to support recovery and performance Apply a variety of techniques including deep tissue, therapeutic, and relaxation massage Assess clients and develop appropriate treatment plans Maintain accurate and confidential client records Member Experience Deliver a professional, welcoming, and results focused experience formembers and guests Build strong relationships and support ongoing wellness goals Communicate effectively with clients and collaborate with the therapy and fitness team Clinic Operations Maintain a clean, safe, and organized treatment environment Follow all health and safety standards Support daily clinic operations and scheduling as required Experience A minimum of 5 years of professional massage therapy experience is required. Experience working with athletes and in a sports focused environment is strongly preferred Experience in a private club setting is considered an asset. Education and Credentials Registered Massage Therapist in good standing with the College of MassageTherapists of Ontario is required Professional liability insurance is required First Aid and CPR certification is an asset Hours Flexible hours including evenings + weekends. 4-5 hours/shift, 2-3 shifts/week 60-70% commission split

Exigences

Requires a minimum of 5 years of professional experience and registration in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. Professional liability insurance is mandatory, and experience in sports-focused or private club environments is strongly preferred.
