Shifts may vary from mornings to evenings to overnights and every other weekend. Need to be experienced with Children with high behaviors. Job Benefits: Competitive pay starting at $25 **based on experience Benefits Plan available after working 30+ hours per week* 4% Vacation Pay on every pay Flexible hours and schedule 4 hour shift minimum The successful candidate’s areas of responsibility will include, but are not limited to, the following: Provide personal care Drivers license and reliable car are mandatory for this position. Providing cognitive, social, emotional, and spiritual support Provide behavior support and crisis intervention Maintaining open communication with client and their family Monitoring care plan and adding documentation with any changes and updates Responding to all emergency situations All other duties, as assigned Key qualifications for this position will include, but are not limited to: DSW/PSW/SSW certification is required Valid First Aid/CPR certificate Completion of a Police Vulnerable Sector Check within last 6 months CPI training is an asset** Drivers License and own insured vehicle is mandatory Satisfactory professional references Ability to accurately follow written and verbal instructions Must be able to anticipate problems and use sound judgment and tact in handling confidential matters Please submit the appropriate documents for review. Exigences
Candidates must hold a DSW, PSW, or SSW certification, a valid First Aid/CPR certificate, and a recent Police Vulnerable Sector Check. A valid driver's license and an insured vehicle are mandatory for this position.
