*Job Summary* We are seeking a passionate and energetic Cheerleading Coach to inspire and lead our cheerleading team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in teaching cheerleading techniques, fostering team spirit, and promoting athletic development. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with youth and help them develop confidence, teamwork, and athletic skills in a positive environment. *Responsibilities* * Plan and execute cheerleading practices, including routines, stunts, and choreography * Teach cheerleading techniques, safety procedures, and proper form to team members * Motivate and encourage team members to achieve their personal and team goals * Organize and oversee cheerleading performances at showcases and recitals * Foster a positive team environment that emphasizes sportsmanship, discipline, and teamwork * Monitor team members? progress and provide constructive feedback for improvement * Ensure all activities adhere to safety standards and promote injury prevention *Requirements* * Proven experience and certification in coaching cheerleading or related athletic coaching roles * Strong knowledge of cheerleading routines, stunts, and safety protocols * Excellent communication and leadership skills to motivate diverse age groups * Ability to demonstrate cheerleading skills effectively and provide clear instruction * Enthusiastic attitude with a passion for coaching youth athletes * Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed * Prior experience working with children or teenagers is preferred Job Type: Part-time Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour Application question(s): * Has or is willing to obtain a vulnerable sector check Work Location: In person
