Job Type: Part Time, Permanent This is an exciting opportunity to support people with a developmental disability to achieve their personal goals, travel, meet new friends, establish social roles, learn new skills, connect with family, join new groups, actively participate in the life of their community, support medical needs and personal care. We also welcome those without Human Services diplomas, but have transferrable personal experience diverse enough to be considered equivalent, as we are willing to train motivated team members. The ability to work flexible hours is a requirement inclusive of days, evenings, overnights and weekends. Pay Range: $25.48 - $26.76 per hour Location: Trent Hills, Cobourg, Brighton, and/or the surrounding areas Requirements: A Criminal Reference Check and Vulnerable Sector Search (within the last 6 months) Current Standard First Aid - Level C CPR and Non Violent Crisis Intervention (NVCI/CPI) Certification An acceptable medical examination form (provided by Inclusion Northumberland) that relates specifically to the physical demands of the position and is designed to determine whether the applicant is capable of performing the essential duties of the job A valid Ontario Class G Driver's License Valid automobile insurance (with a minimum of $1,000,000 liability) An acceptable Driver's Abstract Employees may at times need to use their personal vehicle to transport persons supported (and potentially one or more members of the supported person's family) when vehicles owned by the agency are not reasonable available Transparency Notice As part of our commitment to a fair and efficient hiring process, we use AI-assisted tools to support tasks such as application screening and communication. Exigences

Candidates should hold a Human Services diploma or degree, or possess equivalent transferable experience. Mandatory requirements include a valid G Driver's License, First Aid/CPR certification, and a clear Vulnerable Sector Search.
