Position Overview As a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist, you will provide evidence-based assessment and intervention services for children with speech, language, communication, and feeding challenges. You will collaborate closely with families and an interdisciplinary team to support each child's participation, development, and success across ho me, school, and community environments.This role is well-suited to a clinician who enjoys working directly with children and families, values a collaborative team environment, and is seeking a flexible positi on within a growing p ediatric practice. Role Responsibilities Assess, diagnose, and provide intervention for children with speech, language, communication, so cial communication, and feeding challenges.Develop individualized, strengths-based treatment plans that align with each child 's goals, abilities, and family priorities.Collaborate closely with caregivers, educators, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members to support coordinated and meaningful care.Provide parent coaching, education, and strategie s to support carryover across environments.Maintain clinical documentation, progress report s, and communication with referral sources.Contribute to a positive, supportive clinic culture and participate in interdiscip linary discussions as needed. Qualification s Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.Registration and good standing with the Alberta College of Speech-Language Pathologists and Audiologists.Pediatric experience is preferred.Experience supporting neurodiversit y children and families is considered an asset.Experience facilitating groups, workshops, or pa rent education programs is considered an asset.Strong interpersonal, c ommunication, and relationship-building skills.Commitment to culturally safe, family-centered, an d evidence-based care. The role involves assessing, diagnosing, and providing evidence-based interventions for children with speech, language, and feeding challenges. Clinicians will develop individualized treatment plans and collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to support child development.

Candidates must hold a Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology and be in good standing with the Alberta College of Speech-Language Pathologists and Audiologists. Experience in pediatrics and supporting neurodiverse children is preferred.
