Our physiotherapists combine manual therapy, exercise prescription, strength rehabilitation, and Clinical Pilates to help patients move better and achieve sustainable outcomes. You'll have the opportunity to collaborate with Physiotherapists, Chiropractors, Registered Massage Therapists, Kinesiologists, Acupuncturists, Osteopaths, Naturopathic Doctors, Clinical Counsellors, and Pilates professionals. Our goal is simple: provide patients with coordinated care under one roof while giving our practitioners the resources and support they need to build successful practices. What You'll Do Assess and evaluate patients through clinical testing, movement assessment, and consultation Develop individualized treatment and rehabilitation plans Provide manual therapy and evidence-informed exercise prescription Incorporate Clinical Pilates and strength-based rehabilitation where appropriate Establish measurable treatment goals and monitor patient progress Educate patients on movement, exercise, injury prevention, and self-management Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals when appropriate Treat private, extended-health and ICBC patients Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation What We're Looking For Registered Physiotherapist in good standing with the College of Health and Care Professionals of BC (CHCPBC) Comfortable treating ICBC patients Strong manual therapy and exercise prescription skills Able to provide Clinical Pilates / Strength Rehabilitation, or willing to complete our Clinical Pilates training Strong communication and interpersonal skills Patient-focused and committed to high-quality care Pilates experience is an asset, but not required Korean language skills are an asset, but not required 2+ years of physiotherapy experience preferred Compensation & Position Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent Compensation: $174,000–$208,000 per year Benefits Extended health care Dental care Vision care Disability insurance Life insurance Employee assistance program Paid time off Flexible schedule Tuition reimbursement On-site gym Wellness program Employee treatment and Pilates discounts Company events Casual dress Ready for Your Next Step?
