Rehabilitation Assistant | Long-term care

We are hiring for a relief part-time 0.87fte Rehabilitation Assistant at the Hardy View Lodge long-term care facility in Grand Forks. This role is temporary until February 2028 or the return of the current incumbent. The Rehabilitation Assistant carries out rehabilitative treatment plans and programs and assists the therapist in monitoring and evaluating patients/residents’ progression. The Rehabilitation Assistant implements rehabilitative treatment plans under the direction of therapists. They work within a multidisciplinary team to monitor and evaluate the progression of residents in a long-term care setting.

The candidate must be able to function as part of a clinical team to meet client needs. No specific degree is listed, but the role requires the ability to carry out treatment plans directed by Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, or Speech Language Pathologists.
