Job Description As an authorized IB school our goal and the goal of the International Baccalaureate Organization is to help our students develop personal confidence with an emphasis on character and values. The successful candidate will: ● understand the developmental needs of youth ● be a positive energetic member of a team ● lead and facilitate program activities ● submit weekly program planning ● adhere to all health and safety policies and procedures ● set-up and clean-up of all program activities ● facilitate student transitions ● supervise students in academic and recreational settings ● interact with parents & community members ISP Principles Begin with our children and students. The After School Teacher is responsible for facilitating program activities, supervising students in academic and recreational settings, and ensuring their safety and well-being. They must also manage student transitions, maintain program planning, and interact professionally with parents and community members.

Candidates should have an understanding of youth developmental needs and be able to work effectively as part of a team. A secondary school education is preferred, and all candidates must pass a criminal background check.
