Job Title: Administrative Assistant for Financial Planning Firm Location: Ancaster, Ontario (128 Wilson St W – Bick Advisors) Our established financial planning firm is seeking an administrative assistant to support our team in providing exceptional service to our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks and providing excellent customer service to our clients. Responsibilities: Answering phone calls and responding to client inquiries in a timely manner Scheduling appointments and managing calendars for the financial planners Managing client files and maintaining accurate records Processing paperwork and handling client transactions Performing general office duties such as ordering supplies, mail distribution, and maintaining a clean and organized office environment Assisting the financial planners with research and other tasks as assigned Qualifications: Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and work independently. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a friendly and professional demeanor. Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with technology such as CRMs and scheduling software . Previous experience in a financial services environment is an asset. Post-secondary education is desired but not necessary. Details 24-32 hours/ week (there are other advisors that could use 10 additional hours of work) In person working environment only $28 an hour If you are a detail-oriented, proactive individual with a passion for organization, please submit your resume for consideration. I started in the administrative assistant position and have learned the business from the ground up. Ultimately, I am looking for someone to work alongside with and create systems so we can not only improve the service for our clients but also make better systems so we are efficient and organized. A plan is only as good as it can be supported and executed. Administration is both the preparation and follow up for financial planning and amazing client experiences.
