OPTICAL SALES ASSOCIATE / OPTOMETRIST RECEPTIONIST (PART-TIME, PERMANENT) Are you a friendly, fashion-forward professional who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment? Vision Clinic, the largest retail optical in the Niagara / Hamilton Region is seeking a motivated and engaging team member to join our Waterdown location. This role combines retail optical sales with optometrist reception duties in a fast-paced, fashion-focused environment. You’ll be immersed in the world of designer eyewear, patient care, and a dynamic team environment. Website: thevisionclinic.ca Responsibilities: * Assist customers with eyewear selection and drive sales * Provide excellent customer service in person and on the phone * Schedule/confirm appointments and manage patient flow * Data entry, billing (OHIP/insurance), and payment processing * General front desk duties (filing, scanning, recalls, etc.) * Patient pre-testing (training provided) Qualifications: * Strong sales and customer service skills * Friendly, outgoing, and professional * Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask * Reliable with strong work ethic * Retail or optical experience an asset * Must have reliable transportation * Professional, fashion-forward appearance Position Details: * Part-Time, Permanent 20-30 hours per week * Includes Saturdays * Lucrative commission and bonus program available after successful completion of training period * Opportunity to grow within a high-performing sales environment Only those selected for an interview will be contacted.
