Part Time Hours - Seasonal (Weekends required)
WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
- Interacting with guests and groups – engaging, approaching, introducing yourself and initiating conversation. Explaining each attraction and communicate the individual restrictions and age requirements.
- Helping move and manage line-ups and traffic flow.
- Communicating extensive resort knowledge with guests - resort events, amenities, restaurants, childcare and parking facilities.
- Sharing your passion and knowledge of Blue Mountain and helping to orient guests to the Mountain.
- Supporting the Guest Services team and Events Teams in promotion, organization and execution of activities and special events.
- Occasionally assisting in facilitation of groups and conferences greeting buses, and other duties as required
WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?

Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to work independently, multi-task and problem solve as well as manage challenging situations.

Team orientated with an energetic, friendly, cheerful and animated demeanor.

Ability to work outdoors in cold/inclement weather for the duration of your shift.
