We are hiring a Part-Time Barista for our Downtown cafés: Calgary Place and Stephen Avenue Place. These locations operate primarily Monday to Friday and are often closed on holidays (statutory or otherwise). While weekend availability is not required, it is highly encouraged to have flexible availability on weekends.

The ideal candidate is dedicated to supporting their immediate team in Downtown locations, while also bringing a flexible, team-oriented mindset—someone willing to assist across the company as coverage support is needed.

While café experience is preferred, no prior coffee experience is necessary. What matters most is a keen interest in coffee and service, a desire to learn, and the willingness to consistently show up early and serve our community of customers and coworkers with kindness and hard work.

Position details:

Days: 3–4 days per week, Mondays through Fridays (flexible weekend availability encouraged)

Shifts: 4–5 hours on average, totaling 12–15 hours per week minimum; longer shifts and additional hours may be available depending on candidate availability and coverage needs.

Start/End Times: Morning availability is non-negotiable. Must be able to start as early as 6:30am and work until 1pm;

Availability: This position is available immediately. The successful candidate must be able to start as soon as possible, and no later than May 19th 2026.
