WHAT ARE THE EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS?
- Schedule: Saturday and Sunday, 9:15 a.m. to 3:15 p.m.
- Contract :
- 6-MONTH contract: From April 26, 2026, to September 26, 2026 (x1 position)
- Status: Unionized, casual
- Salary: $26.09 (Class 5)
WHAT WILL YOUR ROLE BE ON THE VISITOR SERVICES TEAM AT THE MSC?
- You’ll coordinate your team’s tasks and schedules based on daily operational needs.
- You’ll ensure a high-quality welcome for groups and visitors, while responding to online inquiries.
- You’ll oversee the management of cash registers, inventories, and technical equipment.
- You’ll support your team through coaching, task-specific training, and performance follow-ups.
- You’ll maintain clear communication with staff and your supervisor to ensure service quality and smooth operations.
WHAT PROFILE ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Education: College diploma
- Experience: 18 months of experience in staff coordination, 2 years in customer service and cash management, and 1 year in sales
- Requirements: Successful completion of the management potential assessment
- Language: Intermediate English (Level 2)
- Skills: Excellent interpersonal communication, sound judgment, resourcefulness, collaboration, stress management, active listening and feedback
- Computer Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Office Suite
