Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Facilities Specialist to maintain cleanliness and organization in our workplace. This part-time temporary role is responsible for cleaning kitchen areas, restocking supplies, wiping down bathrooms, and performing other basic facilities duties. The ideal candidate will ensure a clean and welcoming environment for staff and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize kitchen areas including counters, sinks, and appliances.
- Restock bathroom supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper.
- Wipe down and maintain cleanliness of bathroom surfaces.
- Perform basic facilities tasks such as tidying common areas and emptying trash bins.
- Report any maintenance issues or supply shortages to the supervisor.
- Ensure all assigned areas are cleaned and maintained according to company standards.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in facilities or janitorial work preferred.
- Ability to work independently and follow a set schedule.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Reliable and punctual with good communication skills.
- Good communication skills to report issues and coordinate with the team as needed.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
Schedule & Compensation
- This is a seasonal full-time position, must be available to work evenings and weekends
- Must be available to work independently
- Flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities or urgent facility needs
