Assignment:

• Part-time 0.73 FTE probationary teaching position
• Instructing as a grade 6 generalist
• Duties to commence August 26, 2026 and will continue for the remainder of the 2026/2027 school year

Qualifications:

• Knowledge and Experience teaching grade 6 students would be considered an asset
• Ability to be flexible in assigned duties
• Literacy and Numeracy background
• Strong knowledge and ability to effectively implement literacy and numeracy instructional strategies
• Ability to differentiate instructional strategies to effectively meet a wide range of individual needs and abilities
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Willingness to work in a team orientated learning environment and be a positive team member
• Assessment literate
• Effective classroom management that facilitates a safe, caring, and inclusive safe for all students
• Commitment to ongoing professional growth
